Once
upon a time, we were blessed with the small hands and the dreaming minds of angels
and princesses. We knew they would not remain like this forever, but we dances
and twirled in tutus around our living rooms like royalty at the ball. Sipping
tea with dolls, our pinkies in the air, and put away our busy days and thoughts
for snuggles in bed to tell stories about princes and frogs, ballerinas and
fair maidens. Until one day the princess decided to ride off into the sunset
and leave her tutu behind. You put it away in that chest in the attic and smile
when you come across it from time to time, and wonder what little princess will
wear it next.
